Experienced European luthiers craft each Klaus Mueller Bucharest viola by hand. These instruments are light in weight, yet big in sound from meticulous graduation of the spruce top. The Bucharest violin features a bold resonant sound with excellent projection, allowing intermediate players to more easily build upon their technique and musical expression.
The Klaus Mueller Bucharest violas are carved from European tone-woods. Spruce top with medium-wide grain. Inlaid purfling. Two piece maple back. Maple ribs and scroll similar to back. Finished in a brownish amber color. Each violin is shop adjusted by our experienced, in-house luthiers, to assure excellent playability. Outfit includes rosin, your choice of strings, case and bow. Made in Romania.

- Ebony fingerboard, pegs, and endbutton
- Composite tailpiece, with four built-in string adjusters
- Ebony, Guarneri style chinrest
- Choice of D’Addario Prelude strings, D’Addario Zyex strings, or Thomastik Dominant strings
