The backpack straps do not keep the cello in a comfortable position on my back. The pocket on the front of the case over the tailpiece is too deep to put anything in there that one would want to access quickly. A smaller pocket on the front to the side of the tailpiece would be much better. I have owned this case for my “2nd cello” for only a few months and will be replacing it with a different brand. I am disappointed that Mooradian soft cases are not available at the retail level.
